1. Participation & Eligibility

All training sessions offered by PlayMakers Academy SA are voluntary. Athletes must be physically capable of participating in football-related activities. For athletes under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration, agree to all policies, and sign the required waiver.

PlayMakers Academy SA reserves the right to deny participation to any athlete for safety, behavioral, or policy-related reasons.

2. Training Services

PlayMakers Academy SA offers group and private football training sessions focused on skill development, conditioning, discipline, and leadership. Results may vary based on athlete effort, attendance, and individual ability. No guarantees are made regarding scholarships, recruitment, or athletic advancement.

3. Payments & Fees

All payments must be made in full prior to participation unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time. Any applicable processing fees are clearly disclosed during checkout.

By completing your purchase, you authorize PlayMakers Academy SA to charge the payment method provided.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All training sessions are non-refundable once purchased. Unused or missed sessions are not eligible for refunds. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may contact PlayMakers Academy SA to request rescheduling into an upcoming available session, subject to availability and approval.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted prior to the scheduled session time and are subject to availability.

5. Assumption of Risk

Football training involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or physical contact. By participating, athletes and guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

Participation is contingent upon completion of a signed waiver.

6. Code of Conduct

Athletes are expected to demonstrate respect, discipline, and sportsmanship at all times. Disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow coaching instructions may result in removal from training without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and training materials are the property of PlayMakers Academy SA and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlayMakers Academy SA, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
